Our Mission Statement

To protect; the wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment of our members by communicating to them their rights by educating the Executive Board on Federal and State Laws governing Collective Bargaining.

We will be responsive to the needs of our members and their families when it comes to safety and health issues. We will respect our members as well as their privacy. We will ensure equal rights; provide a civil forum in which your voice may be heard.

We will be a part of the community, by participating, sponsoring, and hosting events that would make our community a place of choice for living.

Establish your position As a steward you cannot assume that the membership will automatically respect your abilities. Respect must be earned by showing the members that you will apply your skills and knowledge of the contract to represent members to the best or your ability.
