Copy of Certificate of Representation is provided to WSI-Labor Relations Department 01/30 NLRB Rules in favor of UPPSR, Local 125! 01/10 Local 330 secures assurance in writing from the company - pension deposits will be made on time 01/09 First interim Executive Board meeting held 01/04 UPPSR recieves Certificate of Incorporation and a Federal Tax ID / EIN * 501-c3 (Non Profit Status) paperwork has been filed. 01/01/07 HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2006 12/25/06 MERRY CHRISTMAS! 12/19 Three Party Letter of Agreement sent to WSI & SPFPA 12/14 UPPSR update letter released to Bargaining Unit 09/26 SPFPA attorney sends Local 125 an offer to re-run the NLRB Election. 09/25 The Company states they will not engage in contract negotiations until the NLRB Election is certified. 09/21 NLRB Hearing took place. 09/20 Our open meeting scheduled tonight has been relocated just down the street to the court room inside Jackson Town Hall 09/13 Norman Denson relieved as President of Local 330 and Jason Cooper named new President 09/11 Our open meetings took place at the union hall 09/09 NLRB Election Objection Hearing to be held in the Auditorium, Aiken County Council Building, Aiken, SC on 21 Sept, 2006 at 0900hrs 09/07 Our open meetings took place at the union hall 09/05 Dues Check-Off Cards continue to roll in! If you haven't received one, page me 706-794-1578 and we'll get one to you. 08/31 UPPSR organizers learn SPFPA, Local 330 has filed 3 objections to the NLRB Election. 08/28 UPPSR organizers met with Executive Board. 08/26 Dues Check-Off Cards are finished and some have already been returned. If your steward/VP/Rep. in your area doesn't have any, email me and we'll work on getting them to you. 08/25 UPPSR organizers and Local 330 Executive Board members are setting up a closed meeting scheduled for 5pm, Monday, 28 Aug 06 at the old union hall in Jackson, SC Dues Check-Off Cards have been approved! Production starts today and distribution of cards starts tomorrow 08/24 Talks commence with WSI Labor Relations Dept. as we set our wheels in motion UPPSR starts contacting Local 330 officers to see where they stand 08/23 Second day of elections and the votes were tallied. UPPSR, Local 125 WINS!! 08/22 The polls opened on time at 0600 hours with reps from both unions present. Get up there and vote! 08/19 UPPSR, Local 125 reps prepare for the new union startup and distribute another letter 08/16 New letter received and posted in bargaining unit member letters 08/13 Interview with independent Pantex Guards Union added to website 06/29/06 The petition has been filed with the NLRB. |
